The seven chakras of the human body and soul

In yoga practice, and eastern spiritual practices, the seven chakras of the human body and soul are adressed, often through meditation. I have made a chakra cone, which will guide you through a restorative meditation practice. This includes a full body scan and analysis, before the restorative meditation is set in action through guidance from the cone. You will be able to communicate with the cone on a higher level than speech, and you must keep your eyes closed throughout the meditation durance. All you need to do is to sit on the floor, in a safe and quiet place, start by finding a comfortable seated position on the floor, or ground. First, take three deep breaths, with your eyes still open, gazing straight ahead, but not really looking at anything. Then gently close your eyes, and the cone will make it´s appearance around you, and it will begin to guide you through your restorative meditation practice.
